Our menù

Our menu varies day by day: we skillfully combine tradition and innovation, reinterpreting old Venetian classics in a contemporary manner. Fish, meat and vegetables are the great protagonists of our cicchetti.
Using only fresh seasonal products, the result is a balance of flavours hard to forget. In addition to the cicchetti and according to the different periods of the year, we prepare some meal courses according to the season, always considering that food presentation is
the key to pulling all five senses into the experience of eating. We believe in the philosophy “You eat with your eyes first”.
